Just type your computer make and model in the search followed by lcd hinges.
If the hinges are broken where the lcd screen connects to the base of the laptop then you will have to remove the screws from the bottom of the laptop and remove the strip that is at the top of the keyboard to get to them.
If the hinges on the side of the lcd frame is broken then you will have to remove the plastic strip that is around the lcd screen. Remove the plastic or rubber bumpers on the plastic strip then you will see screws to remove to remove the plastic strip. Then you will see hinges and screws on the side of the lcd screen that you can remove. Once you have them removed you can lean the lcd lid forward so that it drops in your hand. Don't let it drop on the keyboard, just into your hand and not too far because there is a cable on the back of the lcd that you don't want to damage. The cable can be taken loose from from the lcd at the back near the top if you like. Sometimes there might be a piece of tape securing it. If the lcd screen does not come out then there are screws on the 4 corners that is securing it and the hinges.
Usually the first thing on a laptop is the keyboard, then pry the plate above the keyboard (between lcd and keyboard), this will give access to the lcd hinges and connection. Remember to remove all screws, covers, drives, battery, memory and ethernet card BEFORE taking anything apart. Unplug the lcd, pull the wireless antenna wire through from the bottom of the laptop then remove the lcd. make sure there are no screws through the case from the top. then you simply pry the top off the bottom, be sure to start from the back as the front of the aspires are usually hinge style clips-meaning when you put it together tilt the top toward you, slide the front clips in place locking the front down then press down on th edges from the front to back to snap it together). After the top is off remove screws from the heatsink and fan, disconnect the fan and remove heatsink. There you go, install opposit of removal.
Keyboards can be purchase from places like ebay etc.... don't have to spend loads of money on new. once you do purchase a keyboard all you need to do is unscrew around four screws to be able to replace your old keyboard with the good one. The screws that need to be removed normally have a 'K' next to them which stands for Keyboard.
There are tools that help you pry into a laptop. It looks like a pencil a flat edge on it. Usually you just need to pop it out. But there is no problems with being cautious. There are also manuals to look at also.
One othe slots for memory is under your laptop, and the other one is under you keybord. The one under you can reach by loosing the screws to the hatch. The one under your keyboard you can reach by remove your keyboard, the screws to remove the keyboard is behinde your laptop, they are on the hinge.
