Question about Samsung Cell Phones
I tried to send to an Iphone and Samsung and the text message on the recipient side was blank, how can I fix this?
The REAL answer is not getting your phone repaired. It takes two seconds to do yourself. Open the default messenger app on the device (The one installed when you bought the phone). (You may have to set it back to default if you changed apps.)
1. From the messenger main message list, select the menu icon (three horizontal lines,)
2. Select Settings,
3. Click the "Advanced" tab.
4. Scroll down until you see "Alphabet Management", select it.
5. Choose "Auto Format". (It will likely already have precise selected).
6. Back out of settings.
You should now be able to send emojis. This should also fix the other apps you may have been using for Texts that saw the same issue.

Please contact your cell phone's service provider.

Best thing about this new service is that you are never placed on hold and get to talk to real repairmen in the US.
The service is completely free and covers almost anything you can think of (from cars to computers, handyman, and even drones).
click here to download the app (for users in the US for now) and get all the help you need.
