Tension settings on empisal overlocker 754d, pulse ?

The standard tension for a 3 or 4 thread overlock is to set each tension dial at the midway point and then tweak it from there. It helps to use different colors of thread so you can distinguish what each thread is doing.

Help plse, after threading it dont make the overlocking stitches. New machine, help with right way to thread machine and the smaller detail of threading.

Your machine is either not threaded correctly, or the individual threads have not been threaded in order. Be sure to ALWAYS RAISE the presser foot when threading the machine. You must follow the instructions exactly or the machine will most likely never work properly. Can you at least get a training class on your machine? A class is indispensable, especially when it comes to using a serger.

Even if it is not the same model, these instructions may be helpful.

How to thread an empisal over locker ,DE-LUXE400

The manual should be helpful:
Empisal companion deluxe 400 user manual

It is always best to start out with brand new needles.

Before beginning to thread, be sure to ALWAYS RAISE the presser foot throughout the threading process. This releases the tension disks so the thread will seat properly.

Follow the thread order when threading or your machine will most likely never work properly. Usually, it would be the upper looper first, the lower looper next, and then the needles. However, your manual should clarify that. Also, when threading each, be sure to give each thread an extra little tug when it goes through the tension disk to make sure it seats correctly.

How to thread a empisal mercury 404 overlocker

This may be helpful:

It may not be the same model, but similar machines pretty much thread the same way. FWIW, always RAISE the PRESSER FOOT when threading. This releases the tension disk and allows the thread to seat firmly. When pulling thread through the tension disk, give each an extra little tug to confirm it is seated.

Also, if there is particular order which thread to thread first, follow the instructions every time or your machine may not work. Overlockers are finicky. Also, if a thread breaks, it is usually better to remove all the threads and rethread from the beginning. Trying to fish a thread through out of order will generally end in failure. In this manual, the pink (upper looper) thread is threaded first, then the yellow (lower looper) is second, then the needles.

How to thread a Empisal overlocker.. model 760C

Perhaps the manual would help:

Empisal Overlocker 760C Empisal Sewing Machines

On most machines, it is important to ALWAYS raise the presser foot when threading the machine (although the instruction manual says to raise the presser foot only to pull the thread tail under it). Be sure to give the thread an extra little tug when going through the tension disk to seat it properly. Be sure to thread in the order as specified (Upper looper, Lower looper, Right needle, Left Needle). If the machine messes up, it is usually a best policy to remove all the thread and rethread from the beginning. Threading out of order will almost guarantee failure!!!

I need help in good tension for rolled hem in empisal 606D overlocker

Your owner's manual should have instructions for rolled hem settings. My Bernina manual has a the following settings:
Medium weight fabric
80/12 Universal needle
3 cones serger thread
Upper looper 3-5
Lower looper 7-9
Left needle (no thread)
Right needle 3-5
Stitch length 1-1.5
Cutting width 2-3
Differential feed N

Can use woolly thread in the upper looper, but the tension may need to be loosened since the woolly nylon thread will stretch.

Threading an Empisal Overlocker - Model S4D

All sergers thread the same way and sergers have to be threaded in a certain order. I made a jingle out of it...
upper looper
lower looper
right needle
left

It would be best to have a tweezers handy to help with the thread and threading.

always be sure the lower looper thread goes over the top of the upper looper then out the back. I would be surprised if your thread guides are not color coded.
If you look at the top thread guides or the spools. First from left to right thread the 3rd spool, then the fourth spool. Then you thread the right needle (the second spool) then the left needle (1st spool.
The lower looper can be tricky because you have to thread it from the back of the looper to the front.
Pull the threads out the back from under the foot. Then go ahead and run it slow watching to see if it starts making a chain. It should. If not do it over again.
Good luck
