Hi there, you are facing a technical issue into your Kindle device. It is the most common error which can be fix through restores settings. If you still getting the same issue after doing restore than you probably need to call at Amazon kindle support technical team. They will fix it without any charges from their hand.

Hi,
a 6ya expert can help you resolve that issue over the phone in a minute or two.

How do I register my kindle fire?

Not familiar with Fire so I found this online:

To buy content and deliver it to your device, you will need to connect to a wireless network and register your Fire tablet to an Amazon account. Registering also allows you to transfer purchases between devices and Kindle reading apps. To learn more about connecting to a wireless network, go to Connect Wirelessly.
  1. From Home, swipe down from the top of the screen and then tap Settings.
  2. Tap My Account.
  3. Tap Register.
    • If you already have an Amazon account: Enter your Amazon account information, and then tap Continue.
    • If you do not have an Amazon account: Tap Start Here, and then follow the instructions to set up a new account.

Unable to register my new Kindle

I believe that would be your wireless network. From a laptop that is already connected to a wireless network, choose Start, Control Panel, Network and Internet, Network and Sharing Center, then look for Connections. You should see your wireless network name (possibly in parentheses) then click on the name. By clicking into that section, you should also find other information you will need to set up your Kindle. Enjoy!

My wireless connection is disabled how do I correct

  1. Swipe down from the top of the screen to show Quick Settings, and then tap Wireless.
  2. Verify that Airplane Mode is Off.
  3. Next to Wi-Fi, tap On.
  4. Tap a network to connect to it. If you see a lock icon, a network password is required. Enter the Wi-Fi network password, and then tap Connect.Note: If you don't know the password, check with the person who set up the network. This password is not your Amazon account password.

After you connect to a Wi-Fi network, your Kindle Fire automatically connects to the network again when it's in range. If more than one network is in range, your Kindle Fire automatically connects to the last network used.

Cannot connect to wireless network. have restarted

Hi! I'm not sure if you're still in need of a solution but I'm currently going through the same issue. My Kindle 2 has not connected to Whispernet for over a week. I've been back and forth with Customer Service (1-866-321-8851 or 1-206-266-0927 if you're calling from outside the U.S) and after an exhaustive search for any possible answer, they told me it was a network connectivity issue and forwarded a service note to AT&T/Sprint, and promised to notify me as soon as possible. I'm still waiting to hear from them. Yesterday my Kindle connected to Whispernet for all of three minutes (just long enough to download a book I bought over a week ago) and now nothing. I've even tried switching wireless networks in range (go to settings, hit menu, type 311 - select different wireless networks) but to no avail. So basically, the best thing you can do after you have tried a soft/hard reset, a fully charged battery and toggling wireless off and on is to call tech support. Hope this helps!

Do you happen to be in Orange County, New York? If you are, maybe it's a malfunctioning cell tower. Hope this helps!
