Baxter oven does not fire up at all

So many things it could be. A bad high limit switch. A bad air proving switch. Maybe the burner motor overload had tripped. And that's not even half of the components that might be preventing it from working. It's best to call an experienced service provider.

Oven doesn't give steam but it does reach the temp.how can i fix that?

First locate the water solenoid valve. Disconnect the water line to the inlet side of the valve to make sure water is getting to the valve. Once that's verified, disconnect the outlet side of the valve. Activate the steam and verify that the valve opens and there's a good amount of water coming out of the valve. If no water comes out. Verify that the coil is getting energized with the correct voltage. If the correct voltage is present and you have no water coming out. Replace the solenoid. If everything is working then remove the left panel inside the oven to check for blockage in the steam manifold. The manifold consists of a pipe with several spray nozzles that spray water on rebar. Remove all the nozzles and activate the steam. Do this several times to purge any rust or debri. Clean the nozzles and replace them. You should be good to go.

Breaker trips on startup

If your circuit breaker is tripping when you turn the pump on it is caused by a bad motor. The motor probably has a short in it causing the breaker to trip,
Replace your pump and that should solve your problem with the breaker.
There is an outside chance you may have a bad circuit breaker too.

Wich is the power supply 120v, 208 1 phasse or 208v 3 phase.

Most Baxter BXA ovens have separate power supplies, usually 120v for the controls and lights, a 120v output on a circuit breaker for the roof fan, and a 208VAC 3 phase supply for your convection motor. Older Baxter ovens may have a 3 phase service disconnect inside the electrical/burner compartment, if I recall correctly the BXA models do not and the only way to shut it off is via the 3 pole breaker at the service panel.

When #9 program for Bagels is running , the temp drops 130 degrees before cycle is complete. also having to reset breaker several times

It's normal for the oven to drop temperature during the first 4 minutes of a bagel cycle, although the temperature should recover to 525 before the end of the bake. If your breaker keeps tripping you could have a blown heating element and should call your local authorized service provider, I wouldn't recommend attempting to repair this one on your own.

Ground Fault circuit Breaker trips each time a load is applied

The most likely causes in their order of probability are: 1) water somewhere in the circuit causing the hot wire to ground; 2) a legitimate trip caused by a defect in a device plugged into the circuit; and 3) a defective GFCI breaker. In the first case, wait until it has been dry for about a week and see if it trips. In the second case, make sure there is nothing plugged into the circuit and try resetting. In the third case go ahead and put the regular breaker in, then put a GFCI outlet into the first box downstream from the breaker. If installed according to the directions, that outlet should protect all of the outlets downstream.
