SOURCE: i need a repair manual

Your nailer, although very good, is rapidly becoming obsolete as many parts are no longer available. When these guns were first made available, a sales rep. demonstrated repair techniques and did not provide repair manual. Owners manual for many models are available at duofast.com www.toolpartsdirect.com has parts lists and many parts available. If you are having a specific problem please post it; maybe I can help. Good Luck

Repair duo fast nail gun

Duo-Fat is now owned by ITW which also owns Paslode. The DF350S is basically the same thing as the F-350S Paslode. Go to Duo-Fast's website to locate a servicing dealer nearest to you.

I have a duo-fast n350 ant it sets the nail to deep . any adjustment

Three methods to adjust how deep nail will set. On nose of gun is fine adjustment, move contact claw by backing off screw and moving up/down. Replacing the lower bumper with new part will prevent driver from driving too deep into work (new bumper is more firm and probably thicker). Finally, adjust piston on driver blade by turning then re-apply lock tite (adjust piston head closer to work). Good luck

I have a duo fast CN 350 nailer and it works ok but it don't seem to let the driver blade to come up high enough to get on nail head

You will need to pull the top off to get to it to check it out, If the drive pin is bolted on, make sure the bolt didn't loosen up, most are one piece, welded on, If you don't find anything in there preventing it from coming up, I would grind off the tip, nice and square and flat, then put it back together. I have a feeling you will find a piece of white plastic holding the piston down, part of the head there, It will need to be replaced. Check it out, hope this helps.

I need a trigger diaphram for duofast 880 where can i get one

I order parts from www.toolpartsdirect.com , however I also make some of those parts and you can also. I keep a variety of plastic and rubber sheets to make replacement parts. You can also use fuel pump diaphram material. Be creative or just order the parts from web above. Good luck

Blowing air through trigger area. Need rebuild kit? Longer version...started blowing air out of small hole in left side of casing. Leaked oil out of there as well but still worked fine. This has been...

If the trigger still works to fire the single shot, then the o-ring kit should be sufficient. If the trigger area continues to leak air, then the trigger should be replaced as well. Keep the gun well lubricated as well.

I have a duo fast cn350b that misfires, the piston seems not to retract back into the chamber

I have the CN350 - not sure how it and the 350B differ.
There are several possibilities that I've experienced.
Nails other than Duofast. Causes a jam that does not allow the driver to return.
Not enough oil.
Not enough air.
Worn O rings.
