What is the best size kw. ANY BRAND Air Con is Equivalent to suit Air Con : Conia Air Con Model : CA242 S/N:ca24220970353

My old Air Con Conia Model CA242 gone bad . Need to replace a new Air Con any model and same Kw. size for the residencial use?

KW is not the number that you need to be concerned with. The newest rating for HVAC is called SEER. If yours is older it might be listed as TON.

KW if referring to heater would not be in the model or serial on the cabinet. The heater has its own model number. What size breaker does it have

Conia air conditioner


Cheap imported unit .Usually mother mother board circuit faults.need to contact dealer where purchased from.And some times compressor can't handle heavy usage .

I have two split system Conia rev. cycle air cons models CA30003. Both have "died" within a month of each other. They are just over 3 years old. The cool cycle just switches itself of and blows...


It's likely low on refrigerant and freezing...turn it off, coil thaws , cools for a short time and freezes up again. Chances are the leak or leaks are at the flares where the copper connects to the unit. Need leaks repaired and systems recharged.

1TRof Refrigeration = 3.516 KW. !tr-12,000 BTU. Your's is 24,000BTU.Hence 2 X 3.516 KW= 7,032 kw.

NOW, THE EVAPORATOR COILS NEEDS CLEANNING OR THE DRAIN LINE PLUGGED,OR JUST CLEAN THE FILTER.
