I have a question about item # 180484525. Order id is CG-2K1w-BXMM-2ZPV-TK71. Wrong item was sent. I was to be a 1 inch not 1.5.. Please correct. Thanks Charles E Horn

We can't solve this here, but paypal has a Resolution Center.
Click on that transaction to highlight the details, then scroll down to the "Resolution Center" link and click on it. Select "Item dispute" then follow the steps to describe your problem. You will get your money back this way.

Probably, what you're seeing is rust from the drain pan under the unit, that has become dislodged and is being picked up by the AC unit's fan or it could be the air intake filter breaking down and being blown in the house. Have you removed and inspected the air intake filter for dirt or clogs or deterioration ?

These are the things you need to inspect and troubleshoot first, to determine where they are coming from. If the unit is continuing to cool, as it should, I suspect that what I mentioned above may be the cause of the particles.

If it's the air intake filter replace it. If the particles appear to be rusty or slick, try flushing the drain pan under the outside of the unit. Be sure the outside of the unit is tiled down at least 1/4". Or it will not drain properly.

Is this a dangerous situation? I don't feel comfortable saying "Yes" or "No". But, it has to be a messy one. Be sure to turn the Master ON/OFF Switch to OFF and unplug the unit, before attempting to troubleshoot anything.

contact the seller by phone or e-mail
explain the problems and request an authority to return
if you used paypal or other secure method of payment and if the seller doesn't respond make a complaint to them

Amazon order was undeliverable. Where is item? How to get it delivered? Can I cancel it and later reorder to new address?

e-mail them, or get on their site and inform them they sent the wrong item. they should pay for return postage and send you the item you ordered!! including any refund that may be due you!! don't let the bastards wear you down!! if you ordered it from kodak they will probably make it right. one suggestion Rose- don't list your address on any future help requests!! not safe for you! now i've re-read your post- question- did you order the carts you needed- or was one a slip of the finger? if you order the 10c rather than the 10, you got what you ordered. they may be nice and replace it. you'll probably pay the postage.they can re-package or discount it to somebody. this surely isn't the first time this has happened.all you can do is try! good luck!

Notice that the second one doesn't have an '@' sign, which an email address should have.

You have sent money to some the ID

Now, this is to try recover your money.

Go to "Resolution Center" in PayPal

Click "Dispute a Transaction"

Select "Item Dispute"

Enter the Transaction ID of the payment sent. [Click "find transaction ID if you already don't know it. I hope you will recognize the amount sent from the history."]

Click "continue"

Now, follow the instructions.
You will have to write something describing the problem.
Maybe you can write "Hey, I have not received the .......... that I bought on...... . Have you already sent the item?"

Now, you have to ask the seller his PayPal ID. From where did you buy the item? I hope it is some website.

Please tell me if there is any other problem.
