Will the water pump work on a mercury outboard motor 7.5 if the lower unit oil is low

First things first, never let your lower unit lube be low. It should be changed every 100 hours of use, or at least checked after big trips with prolonged use. If it is low, but does not look grey, milky or burnt, then just add from bottom plug until it comes out of the top plug. Now, the water pump is completely separate from your oil situation. Whether or not your motor has what is called a "pee stream" does not necessarily mean you have a bad water pump. Often times the water flow indicator, or "pee stream" on your engine will be plugged, which is okay, it\'s just an indicator. However, if you were to test run your engine on a garden hose at home, and there was no flow out of the propeller hub, which is actually where the exhaust flow exits as well as your cooling water, then you\'ll need a new water pump impeller and/or possibly a water pump kit. This should be around 40 to 75 dollars in parts, and about 1.5 hrs in labor if you were to take it to a shop.

When i turn on my spa and heater it states on the outside unit "no air flow" and it won't heat up

that is usually an indicator of water flow not the air flow.
What does the hot tub do when you turn the breaker from off to on?
does it run through the purge cycle?
is it kicking out the GFCI?
if it is not tripping the GFCI then you most likely have either too little water flow for the heater to kick in or not enough water flow to activate the heater.
Try taking out your filter and see if that solves the issue.
you may also have a bad temp sensor if the tub just runs and runs but never heats up.

My Kenmore Elite HE3 keeps flashing F H

F/H error is normally a malfunctioning flow meter. A good indicator is substantially higher water levels than normal, provided the flow switch has tripped its first set of contacts.

Condition
No water detected entering machine or Pressure switch trip not detected.

If after 30 seconds the control does not detect water entering machine and then valves will be turned off and the error code will be displayed.

Or

If the control has turned the water valves on and after 8 minutes the flow meter has detected 10.5 gallons of water passing through it, but has not detected the pressure switch trip, the valves will be turned off and the error code will flash.

Check/Repair:

Press PAUSE/CANCEL twice to clear the display.

If there is no water in the unit:
1. Make sure that both valves at the water source(s) are turned on all the way.
2. Check for plugged or kinked inlet hoses or plugged screens in the inlet valves
3. Verify inlet valve operation

If there is water in the unit:
1. Verify Drain pump operation
2. Pressure Switch Hose is in good condition and properly connected to Tub and Pressure switch
Verify there is not a siphon problem
Verify wire harness connections to:Inlet Valves, Pressure Switch, Drain Pump, Flow Meter, and Central Control Unit (CCU)
Check all hoses for possible leaks
Verify pressure switch operation
Verify flow meter operation
Verify CCU operation

If this is intermittent, it would be very hard to determine the cause.
I myself have rarely run into this issue, and when I did, it was mainly caused by low water pressure into the water from the customers water supply, or clogged inlet water valve screens.

Make sure you don't have any duct tape or something around your drain pipe, it needs that air gap to prevent siphoning.

Hope helps (remember to rate and comment this answer).

I have an electrolux w3180 error code e04 comes upon starting a program. In the manual it states Temperature sensing device indicates temperature below -5°C (continuity fault). Is this just loose...

Hello, The "e04" error code means is an indication of a water temperature sensor error below 04'c
what it means is that there is over flow of water in the sensor reader around the wire and the sensor

what you have to do to fix up the problem is to unscrew (open)the washer then cleanup the water around and also the dirt sensor and wire and allow it to relax for some time after clean up

please the clean up DOES NOT NEED water or any form of liquid to do this just apply dry cloth for the cleaning.
Thanks

Why is my car overheating? i ave replaced the intake gaskets, water pump and thermostat

with replacing all these items, i assume a fair amount of coolant was lost, and hopefully you have topped it up......the thing with topping the radiator up, is that you need to be sure that you bleed the system of air, as in open the bleed screw, or keep the radiator cap off until the engine fan turns on and the thermostat opens up, indicating the coolant is flowing around the entire system

If you dont bleed the system proplerly, and there is air, what can happen is that the air accumulates at a high spot and causes localised heating, and if this is around a sensor sopr, it could indicate overheating, even though most of the system is getting water

I hope this helps

When the indicator says to brew, the water does not flow thru the coffee container. If I remove the coffee container, the water flows freely and is as hot as it should be. I did noitice that the plastic...

t'here is a rubber gromlet around the top needle. It has become hard and sticky and does not squeeze or retrat as it should therefore the water does not enter the k-cup but rather runs all over the counter--or just backs up in the machine. I have not been able to find a replacement

When i turn on the cold water to adjust the temperature of water - the hot water turns completly off. I cannot turn on the cold water at all. It is either all hot water or all cold.

It might be a question of inadequate flow. All tankless water heaters have a minimum flow rate that must be met, typically .5-.9 gpm, before the heater will operate. In the summer time the incoming ground water temperature is higher, causing you to mix more cold water and less hot water to get a lukewarm temperature. This can reduce your flow rate near or below the minimum flow rate.
Here's a test for you, try running running a sink while taking your next shower. If the hot water remains mostly constant throughout, then your problem is with flow at the showerhead. The flow at a shower head can be reduced by buildup of scale and sediment. Also all showerheads have a flow restrictor that limits flow to 2.5gpm (some even less). Removing the restrictor will increase the showerhead flow rate as well.
Also look for any error code displayed on the digital read out of the heater. Some heaters will flash on their burner indicate light as well.

Kenmore Washer will not fill and run consistently.

Can't make any promises here. There could be several reasons for this issue. But from your description I would suspect that the hot and/or cold water hoses leading into the washer may be pressure locked. In recent years I've notice these hoses have been specially configured with a way to cut off the water flow in an emergency. Sometimes if you relieve the pressure on the hose the in-line cutoff valve will reset and the water can flow again.
Turn off the hot and cold water supply to the washer. Then dissconnect the water hoses from the spigot and reconnect. (relieve any pressure) Take this oppurtunity to inspect those hoses. Usually these flow controlled hoses indicated thier purpose with somekind of label (maybe even direction indication for water flow) Then turn the water back on. Dont open the spigot all the way just turn it on enough to get the water flowing. See if that helps.
