Where can I find a replacement pot, mine cracked after little use will be 1 yr old at christmas?


Could try the person who gave you the present and see if they still have record bill of sale, if so return to store refund or replacement? Best of luck

Nope, If it somehow gets soiled,it gets wiped with a damp sponge after unplugging and cooling to a safe temp. No actual water.

Auto/shift button on a crock pot.


it does just what it says . its a great feature . in auto shift mode the pot will be on high untill it reaches full boil or a pre set time has gone by .... most people start there crock pots on high and turn them to low when it gets cooking .....this does it for you ... happy crock poting ...Please if this answer helped , please rate this 3 or 4 stars . and keep me in the paid answer department . Rival ceramic liner in crockpot


I have a new Rival crock pot, I got for a christmas gift, after using it only about 4 times it does not heat. How do I get warrenty? It was a christmas gift and I have tried Zellers and Home hardware, they do not seem to carry this certain model, it is a "Smart Pot" Rival Crock-pot , Where do I go for help?

Cleaning rival smart pot base


unplug pot. use an SOS pad with minimal water, If this doesn't work, try Comet with minimal water and scrub Wipe with a damp cloth, Worked for me.

We have their 6 quart Crock Pot. Same problem cited here!

We have found that, if you press both the (Low/High/Warm) AND the (Off) buttons at the same time, the controls will revert to the proper state. It has worked for us on several occasions so we trust it and have found no "adverse results"!
