Question about Ovens
The oven went of and so did the light. could it be my element? where the nobs are just between the nob and oven was always hot even well after I turned the oven off.

If I understand your use correctly, you were using the oven to heat the space? Or for baking?
Regardless, it sounds as though the elements have failed. If you used the oven for heating the space (with the door open) the broiler element comes on during preheat of the oven to get the oven to temperature more quickly. The elements are NOT designed to heat a space, and will quickly burn out if used in this manner.

have you tried setting the clock as the oven wont work if the clock is not set. hope this helps
