Question about Philips Televison & Video
Philips model 40PFL4707/F7. The display is distorted. It's like the red and green have separated giving me two duplicate images just different colors. Happens regardless of input and when the menu is displayed.

your tv has a prolem in the color circuit there is a ic that controls this circuit changing it will restore your tv to normal.since you are not a tech have a tech look at it for repairs.good luck.

it seems as you need your tubes re-alinged dont get riped off by tv experts saying it will cost you loads if you have a screw driver and a gentl touch just re focus your red green and blue-simple cost you nothing

that sounds like the classic symptom of the convrgence Ics needing to be replaced they are STK392-120 you can get both replacement ICs at the following link with free instalation instructions. here is the link.
