I am almost totally confused. You started out saying you have a Charmglow Electric Fireplace. Then you said you want to change it from natural gas to propane.

Could you please be a little more specific in what you have? So I can help you. As Charmglow only makes Electric Fireplaces. No gas ones.

Thanks, I look forward to hearing from you.

Hi, Dayne here
You can convert to propane but it has to be done by a licensed plumber or hvac contractor. Go to the heater manufacturer's web sight with the heater model and serial number and the should be able to help.
Thanks

I have a Charmglow propane heater model CGL300TQ with a bad fan. Where can I find parts for this stove and does Charmglow have a website for parts?

Depends what is actually wrong with fan, if tis the blower barrel part you can by replacements but if its the fan and you van't find manufacturer try an commercial or indutrial fan place to match the one you have be careful to make sure that it is electrically compatible and that it will connect to heater safely and do as old fan did as fan speeds on heaters can be important

Wont stay lit after 20 min with blower on

As a licensed plumber I will recommend now that you don't touch the heater. Gas is dangerous and leaks aren't easily found.

Everytime a gas heater is serviced the tradesman needs to do a gas check to see if all is working well. There are too many things that can go wrong, from a small gas leak to burnt gas leaking, all of which are lethal.

I can tell you how to fix it, but I won't, because it is too dangerous.

Getting a repair man will cost you, but not getting one may cost you your health or your life.
