SOURCE: HP 2600n Ironing transfer paper jammed around top roller

It is probably stuck permanently, and the fuser will need to be replaced. I believe the "fuser replacement" instructions are in the manual.

Check whether the fuser rollers are free turning. If the paper is stopped at the ejection roller, the ejection roller needs to be replaced.

SOURCE: xerox m20 workcentre gives paper jam 2 every time

There is a small platic bushing on the exit transport that wears and pops out. Or just pops out for no reason.
To get to it you have to remove the scanner.
Here is how to do that. Unscrew the white cable on the back of the machine that runs to the document feeder. Lift the feeder off and set it aside.
Open the front door as if you were replacing the toner or drum. You will see 2 silver phillips screws above the toner cartridge. Remove those two screws.
Go to the back of the machine and remove the six screws that hold the back cover on, and remove that cover.
Look under the edge of the scanner at the back. You should use a magnetic phillips screw driver, but under that ledge you will look back about 3 inches, There are 3 more phillips screws to remove. One on each end and one in the middle.
There are 2 connectors you will have to remove from the main board toward the top. There is a flat white ribbon cable. Just pull it straight out. One black connector with about 16-20 red wires . And remove the green wire attached to the metal above those connectors with one phillips screw. Then pull the scanner back toward yourself and the scanner will come off. Once you have the scanner removed you will see the exit transport, it is dark gray. Look at the front end of the transport and see if that bushing is popped out. Or if the small drive belt on the back is broken.
You can replace that transport pretty easy, It is only another 4 phillips screws.
If you need to order that or any other part, I would recommend googling a business called " The Parts Drop". Call and ask for Britt or Elaine.
More than likely they will have that part, the proper part, at the best price.
Hope this helps.

Unfree it when its stuck by paper?

If the shredder is stuck that badly, unplug it and use a phillips screwdriver to open the plastic shredder head. Once you get the plastic shroud out of the way, you'll be able to get to the shredder rollers and clear the jam.

clean the roller's with some rubbing alcohol and the paper should go straight, UNless something got stuck in there, Ripped piece of paper might also be the cause, the older the unit the more it needs the rollers cleaned,

Cleaning the Paper Feed Roller - MP250 / MP270

If the Paper Feed Roller is dirty or paper powder is attached to it, paper may not be fed properly.
In this case, clean the Paper Feed Roller. Cleaning will wear out the Paper Feed Roller, so perform this only when necessary.
You need to prepare: three sheets of A4 or Letter-sized plain paper
1. Make sure that the power is turned on, and remove any paper from the Rear Tray.
2. Open the Paper Output Tray gently, and open the Output Tray Extension.
3. Clean the Paper Feed Roller.
(1) Press the (Maintenance) button repeatedly until b appears.
(2) Press the Black or Color button.
The Paper Feed Roller will rotate as it is cleaned.
4. Clean the Paper Feed Roller with paper.
(1) Make sure that the Paper Feed Roller has stopped rotating, and load three sheets of A4 or Letter-sized plain paper in the Rear Tray.
(2) Make sure that b appears on the LED, then press the Black or Color button.
The machine starts cleaning. The cleaning will be completed after the paper is ejected.
If the problem is not resolved after cleaning the Paper Feed Roller, contact the service center.
NOTE:After the cleaning is completed, press the Stop / Reset button to return the LED to the copy standby mode.

Leaves roller marks on the paper need to replace rollers... I need a roller replacement kit.

Parts for Inkjet printers are hard to come by. Most manufacturers treat the printers as disposable and rarely manufacture spare parts.

That being said companies do make cleaning kits, roller cleaner sheets, etc that are available at most local office supply companies (Staples, OfficeMax, etc.)

You can also find them online (Google Roller Cleaner Sheets)

Paper jamming

I would clean the rollers on the tray and make sure you are using fresh/clean paper. You can clean the rollers with a air canister, simply pull the paper drawer out and look for the grey/tan rollers.

Paper stuck - took it out -printer says 6A00 and computer says 5c10 - is there more paper stuck

Possible cause of the problem:

1. There still a tiny worn paper stuck in the printer roller.
2. Printer roller needs cleaning for any dust or dirt.

1. Check and look for any tiny worn paper inside the printer roller.
2. Clean your printer roller. Just wipe it using any soft cloth or anything as long as it is soft.
2. Reboot your printer.

Take note: You should turn off your printer while doing this to prevent electric shock.

Hope this could help you..Thanks..:-)

The printer is saying there is a paper jam but there is no paper stuck any way in the machine. The resume button does not resolve the problem.

The paper jam may not be very visible and obvious. It may be somewhere after the rollers. Some paper may be stuck in some place in the paper path. Open up the printer and clean the insides with a soft cloth and a brush. That should remove all the bits of paper inside. OR the teeth on the roller sides may have some dirt stuck on them which does not allow the rollers to roll freely and hence is as bad as paper jam. The idea is that the rollers do not roll whether because of paper or some dirt on the roller teeth. They have to be cleaned.

Gummy material or plastic stuck in shreder's "teeth"

Likely you will need to clean it out - use eucalyptus oil on metal parts. Use it with a toothbrush. It is also good for cleaning platen rollers in printers and the roller in typewriters (oops, showing my age), and for softening some rubber rollers, but don't leave your soft rubber rollers soaking in it or they will ment.
The real trick is to identify the "gum" in your shredder and see what cleans it off. Could be that you need to use a different cleaner, something like Methylated Spirits or some other. Be careful with the cleaning agents as they may damage plastic parts.
