open the cover and take out the printheads and clean the contact points. also clean the contact points on the printer.
reinstall it and see what it does,also try turning the printer off and on /
if this does not work you need a new printer /the printer hardware is bad for sure if you have already replaced the printhead and catridge .
if printer is in warranty ask for a replacement

If the error remains after you had removed cartridges, removed the printer head, cleaned its contacts and reconnected it. then the printer head would need to be replaced most likely. If the problem remains with a new printer head the printer is faulty and you can not fix it yourself. If you are in warranty get in touch with kodak to get the machine repaired.
The new printer head costs around 40 to 80 $
