Can,t get on facebook and i put every thing right it keeps saying having problem with facebook.

Log into Facebook with your old number. Then go into your Facebook settings and change the number there.

In the upper right hand corner of the facebook sign in page there is a link that says "Forgot your password?" Try that.

Facebook is experiencing some problems since 5 hours ago, so this might be a problem. Try to repeat the action, otherwise you have to just wait, until it is all right.

Just to be clear, your facebook cannot technically have a "virus." There are two possible situations. Either you have been "hacked," or you have installed a malicious app accidentally (facebook game or other app). This should have a relatively simple solution.
1. In the case that you have been "hacked," you need to change your password. Really, you probably should do this regardless. When you log into your facebook page, click on the tab in the upper right corner that says "Account." Then click on "account settings." In these options should be one that says "password." To the right right of that should be a link that says "change." You need to click that, and when it gives you the option, enter your old password, and then a new password. You need to then click the button that says "change password." I strongly suggest you make your password a minimum of 8 random characters, preferably 12 or more.
2.To deal with a malicious app or facebook "program" that could be doing the posting (the most likely situation), you need to click on the "account" tab on the upper right corner of your facebook page. Select "privacy settings." On the bottom left should be a link for "apps and settings." Click the "edit" button. Where it says "apps you use" click "edit settings." It might be best to remove any apps that are not officially sanctioned by facebook, and maybe even just remove all of them. To do so, just click the "x" to the right of any of these programs and remove them.

i dont have much expertise but this has been hapenning alot your facebook has been disabled sorry to tell you but thats all i can help you with right now but i will be sure and reply back if i find something to helpu

Hello.
Try to clear your internet cache, history and cookies.
Then, restart your pc.
Log-in on Facebook using the same internet server, and if it tells the same thing, try to log-in on another internet server.
If there's no progress to any of this, you have to sent an email to Facebook to notify them about this problem as it might be possible that somebody has changed your details.

Hi, just go on to the login screen for Facebook and click forgot password and enter your email address and it will send you a email to reset your password, Then open your email and follow the directions.

I had this problem 4 weeks ago, and I emailed [email protected] (or [email protected], can't remember) and they got back to me 2 weeks after with a really nice reply, and sorted it out for me. Put my account back to normal, and gave me a new password.
They were absolutely lovely, and when I emailed them back to say thanks they even sent me another email saying 'no problem'.
Just email them and be patient :)
