UUuuhh how do i send photos

You TV will not be able to send photos, as it has limited functions and is not set to work as a full computer. You however can view (receive photos for viewing on the tv screen.) If your TV has a USB port, you can transfer your photos from your computer or camera to a thumb drive (A USB memory storage stick) which you then can plug into the USB port on your tv.
There are other ways to send photos to your tv, but there is not space here to get into how to do that.

Please check the site linked here. It has details you want to know. It is very difficult to include all details here by this window, as it has illustrations with descriptions. Check the site with patience. http://electronicshelponline.blogspot.com/ Pull up previous posts there, either by type in the model name to your set in its search box, or view it in Timeslide option.

How to connect laptop to my coby tv?

Check if you have an HDMI or VGA/DVI port in your LCD TV and LAPTOP. Once you have those ports you can just buy an HDMI cable or VGA/DVI cable to plug it to your laptop.

I beleive you have to enable audio in the HDMI SETUP so it will send the digital audio through HDMI ports, check the cable box and the TV HDMI sound setup.

Where does the hdmi cable go on my tv

If you have an HDMI tv, and just because it is a wide screen does not me it is High Definition or HDMI compatible, you will normally find the connector on the back marked HDMI.
Not knowing what TV you have, I can't really tell if it is HDMI compatible or not, but you will know by the shape of the connector if it is.
