The term Subsidy Password is used by Motorola and other handset manufacturers to refer to the 8-digit (or 16-digit code for newer phones such as the Motorola K1) unlock code necessary to remove the operator lock (also known as subsidy lock) from cell phones. This code is randomly assigned to individual cell phones by the OEM on request of the mobile service operator and prevents the use of a particular phone on a cellular network other than that to which the phone was originally sold.
To get the Subsidy code You can reach here Mobileunlocksolutions.com enter the code correctly following the instructions below:
Warning : Do not enter any wrong unlock
codes on your Motorola W490 mobile phones. If you enter over a certain
amount of wrong unlock codes on your Motorola W490 mobile phone, your
phone may get hard locked and sometimes become unusable. 1 - Switch ON your Motorola W490 with a NOT ACCEPTED SIM Card,
2 - Phone will display "Enter Special Code",
3 - You can now enter the Unlock Code.
NOT ACCEPTED: We mean, to use a sim card from a network other than the network your Motorola W490 is locked to.
WARNING: If one of theses messages appear :

- "Tampert Alter"
- "Wait before enter special Code"

dear, the strip that connects the keypad with the other circuitry is
damaged. you need to repair it or replace it...it will be checked by an
expert technician of mobile that either it is to be replaced or
flip and slide mobile have this kind of problem..moreover, it depends upon the usage of phone for flip/slide... dont use it roughly, next time , it needs a lot of care..
it means that your phones internal circuitry and programming is still working, but by the sounds of it, the screen or lcd display is broken sorry, take it to a mobile repair shop so they can actually have a look at it for you.
You didnt mention what phone it is??? However as you said it happens when you flip it open, it is most likely the flex that connects your phone main PCB to the LCD display...
All flip handsets have a flex ribbon, which connects the screen to the phone, a tiny tear or even a kink in these can cause the behaviour you explained, it can be anything from No display, to no sound, no camera, etc... depending on the phone...
same problem, broke my screen, ordered a new screen off ebay and replaced it. now it works fine most of the time but sometimes external display freezes. sometimes goes black, sometimes goes multicolor pixelated (full screen, in blocks, or lines) when this happens sometimes touchpad still works, others not. removing battery usualy temporarily fixes.
