Do you mean the page counter?
If you mean that, sadly, you can't reset that, even if you do a firmware reset, you won't success, you have to change the mainboard, PCB

I need to reset my canon ir2020 back to default. Any ideas? How do I get into service mode. Solutions would be appreciated


Hi, here is steps to do it:

press *
press 2
press 8
press *

Now you are in service mode,

with right key go to CLEAR, press OK, select ALL, press OK.

Now the copier is at factory setings.
