Just contact Amazon and Return it. Log into your Account, click Orders, Find that Item, click Return, it will ask why? Tell them it leaked and set on fire when you used it for the fist time!

You will need to contact the seller / business / store from which the item was ordered and learn about their return process. Be sure to explain that the item you received was not what you ordered. Also, find out if the seller will be able to provide the item you do want.

Please contact the vendor your ordered your items from. We have no way of 1) knowing what the item is; and 2) more importantly we have no idea who you ordered from. Please go online and find their customer service information.

3)Select check box next to each item you want to remove from the order.
4)Click cancel checked items when finished

Enter your card and change the number to ), then update the cart. Look for a remove link to empty an item out of your cart.

If they took your money, they will send your order. Sure.
