Its most likely the video cards fault,
however a bad PSU can cause these problems.

No Power To The Computer
Here you must first check the wall outlet for power by connecting another device such as a radio or lamp to be sure power is present. If the computer is connected through a surge protector, check it as well.
If the wall out has power, check the power cable going to the PC to see if AC voltage is making its way to the system unit. Do this with the use of a multimeter.
If there is power, you will have to open the PC and check for power from the power supply to the motherboard.
When using a multimeter to check voltage, be sure you have a good ground for the black lead of the multimeter.
Rebooting Problems
One main problem you may face with an ailing power supply is that it may reboot the computer without any warning. All information is lost and it seems as though this happens at the worst possible time.
Booting errors when the computer first starts up may be another indicator of this component going on the blink.
Power Distribution Problems
When the power supply begins to fail, you may receive power at one device and not another. For example, the hard drive may receive power, but the CD-ROM drive has nothing at all.
Another headache that would cause rebooting is the intermittent power going to the drives or the motherboard itself. Follow the steps below to check your power supply should you experience some of the above problems.

What is visual graphic acdactor ,and the freze

A video card (also called a video adapter, display card, graphics card, graphics board, display adapter or graphics adapter) is an expansion card which generates a feed of output images to a display. Most video cards offer various functions such as accelerated rendering of 3D scenes and 2D graphics, MPEG-2/MPEG-4 decoding, TV output, or the ability to connect multiple monitors (multi-monitor).
Video hardware can be integrated into the motherboard or (as with more recent designs) the CPU, but all modern motherboards (and some from the 1990s) provide expansion ports to which a video card can be attached. In this configuration it is sometimes referred to as a video controller or graphics controller. Modern low-end to mid-range motherboards often include a graphics chipset manufactured by the developer of the northbridge (e.g. an AMD chipset with Radeon graphics or an Intel chipset with Intel graphics) on the motherboard. This graphics chip usually has a small quantity of embedded memory and takes some of the system's main RAM, reducing the total RAM available. This is usually called integrated graphics or on-board graphics, and is usually low in performance and undesirable for those wishing to run 3D applications. A dedicated graphics card on the other hand has its own Random Access Memory or RAM and Processor specifically for processing video images, and thus offloads this work from the CPU and system RAM. Almost all of these motherboards allow the disabling of the integrated graphics chip in BIOS, and have an AGP, PCI, or PCI Express slot for adding a higher-performance graphics card in place of the integrated graphics.

What does a video card do?

The video card sends video data to the monitor. If the monitor does not display any images then the video card could be faulty.
It could also mean the monitor is faulty.
To check whether the video card or monitor is faulty, connect another monitor to your computer, if this monitor also does not displays any image then the video card is faulty.

A7600 GS TDH, Supplemental power supply problems, every time i load a game it also dosnt show the true graphics it shows some of it distorted, sometimes when i turn off my computer an restart it, i go to...

Hello there,
In Windows, it just comes up with a message saying it will be clocked down, so you just click "OK"? if molex is not plugged.

1. You should install the driver for the graphic card so it wont show distorted images, Microsoft display drivers are not reliable in gaming you may experience distortions.
2. Plug the molex or 4pin power to your card and observe if you will encounter the same problem after doing step 1.
3. If not try to test another PSU or acquire a new PSU that is powerful enough to run the card - not using the power cable could damage all your system.

Hopefully this information helps.
Happy Gaming

If it is a AGP card it is not possible that the graphics card can make the keyboard and mouse not respond.
If it is a PCI card there is a chance that it can do what you mentioned.
Also it could be the size of the graphics card, a 512 mg card can sometimes need a 500W power supply so you could get your power supply diagnosed as well.
Hope this helps

Nvidia GeForce2 MX400/400

I have the same card....and my PC stops responding from mouse movements sometimes, but not anymore. I found that if I always use the HIBERNATE feature of Windows, that my video problems vanish, so I think the problem is related to video RAM, but not sure, because virtual memory caching plays a large role during wake from hibernate. Also ensure that BIOS video settings are not too extreme, go with the normal or default video settings.
