A 6ya expert can help you resolve that issue over the phone in a minute or two.
Best thing about this new service is that you are never placed on hold and get to talk to real repairmen in the US.
The service is completely free and covers almost anything you can think of (from cars to computers, handyman, and even drones).
click here to download the app (for users in the US for now) and get all the help you need.
Good luck!

SOURCE: Hi, My Nokia 5800 keeps receiving

you call customer care ask to report this complaint from you. they have to accept it, its their duty! :)
if again they are not accepting it, goto a lawyer and ask for the possibilities of this case in consumer court. I'm pretty sure that the mobile company will try to settle this. i mean they will try toseettle this by giving you some money or some kind of offfer! or atleast you will win the case and you will get refund for all your expenses you did for this particular case! :)

Cannot make or receive calls

That sounds more like a carrier block than a phone issue. Call whomever is supposedly providing the service and have them check. Also...ensure there is at least some signal. It may be that 2G is no longer supported by the carrier.

How to increase connectivity and strength of 2G and 3G network

It's based on dBM and asu and not the bars you actually see. Even if you may see fewer bars you could have equal quality. The phones, based on different OS may be calibrated a little differently. It's best to contact your service provider and verify....

1. Your SIM is properly programmed.
2. Your PRL is updated
3. You have a recent SIM

Is there any way to surf internet faster than 2G in nokia suoernova. ofcourse it wont be 3G. but between 2G and 3G?

It depends on you service provider. Some can deliver 2.5g, but if they don't provide that service, you cannot get speeds faster than 2g.

I cannot receive or send mms , how can i solve this problem ?

Contact your cellular service provider and verify that you have MMS service on your account. If you don't, simply have the service added. If you had MMS service and it's no longer working, contact your service provider and ask for Tech Support. Sometimes, they have to re-activate the MMS service. If you should be receiving MMS service (after you verify it is on your account) but you're not then Tech Support can send a 'Packet' to your phone - which you'll receive as a text message and can download. Once downloaded your phone will then automatically be programmed for MMS. And, you should be able to both, send and receive picture messages.

Connection error

Hi there,
Connection error usually is because you set some restriction to make or receiv a call. However, this setting can also be done by the network provider.
And since you said you got no signal, means that your SIM card can not finish registering to the network, which normally means that your network provider is blocking your card. Same thing happen to pre-paid card which no longer in active period and already pass grace period.
I suggest you call the network provider, or come to their support center for solution.
