SOURCE: missing rubber feet

I called 1-800-5574825 The Rival Company Customer Service Dept. I found my instruction booklet and it had this number. They do not have a replacement part for this item. The customer service person was very polite and said since it was under warranty (under 1 year) she is sending me a brand new slow cooker. Very wasteful since I just need the rubber foot, but at least they are sticking behind their product. I hope this helps someone else.

SOURCE: I bent the bottom of my crockpot pushing the rubber feet back in place. How do I take it apart to push out the dent?

There should be a few screws on the bottom that if removed will allow the dis-assembly of the unit. The screws may be inside the rubber feet.

Testimonial: "There are no screws, there are two long rivets with these weird clips that hold the whole top on. Is there a trick to getting those clips off? If I try to force them it seems like I will dent more of the bottom."

Need replacement rubber feet for my 2 qt Rival Crock Pot

Check your local thrift stores, i.e., Goodwill for a crockpot that is the same or similar and get the feet. It will be very cheap. Also, Home Depot and Lowe's carry very similar products for less than $4. Hope this is helpful.

How do you put rubber feet back in to bottom of crock pot? Pound , twist?

I had the same problem, but just found a way to put them back in :
You will need a very small (less than 2mm wide) jewelry-type screwdriver.
Take the bowl out and put the crockpot upside down on a table,
Push the rubber foot back into the base, holding down with your thumb. Then push down on the recessed area of the foot with the screwdriver to get the bottom half of the foot into the base. This will insert one side of the foot. Then push the other side of the foot in, using the same method. During all this, you will apply some pressure with your thumb from the top, but most of the push will be applied with the screwdriver.
This was quick.
I had tried a few other ways, with no success (twist, pound, dip the foot in boiling water to soften it...).

I need to buy replacement rubber feet for rival slow cooker. I cannot find a web site that sells them.

I found what appears to be an exact replacement rubber foot for the Rival oval crock pot at ACE Hardware. They're called a "Rubber Bumper" and the part number is #405756. Amusingly this was in the "Automotive" drawer in their small parts area, labeled "General Use: Ford". Ha! Anyway, I had two missing rubber feet and after installation I can't tell these replacements are any different than the originals.
