Question about Panasonic TC-L32C5 LCD TV - New Open Box
a 6ya Technician can help you resolve that issue over the phone in a minute or two.
Best thing about this new service is that you are never placed on hold and get to talk to real repair professionals here in the US.
click here to Talk to a Technician (only for users in the US for now) and get all the help you need.

I checked on Panasonics USA support website and neither of these two model numbers appear.
Here is the link to the support page:
There is a phone number to Panasonic support on this page as well as the international link if they were purchased outside the US.

If you used a VGA to component video cable, I'm not surprised. The VGA to component video cable is for projecters with component RGB
jacks. The TV use Pr,Y,Pb instead. So the TV can't read the computer's
signal directly. You need a signal converter box like this: http://www.cablesnmor.com/pc-to-tv-converter.aspx .
I hope this helps.
(there are some video cards that can output in a mode compatible with TVs. Without more information on your computer, I can't recommend a compatible video graphics card that will output to a TV. These cards are clearly labeled and usually have an S-video port.)
