If water settles it will freeze. you could wrap it with heaters made for crawl space water pipes. Maybe a good wax job with boat wax would help.

Hello had my balcony repaired by Construction company spent 3,300 and less than 2 years later the work needs to be done again like to know my legal wrights and who to talk to Thank You Regards Robert

Most contractors won't warranty work for more than 1 year period and then sometimes hard to get them to come back...Especialy if he didn't do the work correctly in the first place..I am a builder and if everything as you say I would at least come back and try to help you...but 2 years?
You might check the city or state you live in and see if he is registered contractor....if so usually there is a way to adress these issues.

Should my 10,000 btu window air conditioner be leaking water all over my balcony

Air conditioners put out cold air, exhaust hot air, and produce condensation when they are in use. The condensation is the water that is dripping out of your air conditioner.

Your air conditioner is not broken, but it would be wise to determine a way to direct the water off of the balcony.

Seal any holes or cracks all the way around the house and doors including the garage door. Before it gets cold put out traps, posion and sticky paper to catch as many as possible. Get a house cat as a last option!

Does a dryer have to have a vent if it's on an open terrace?

its not going to hurt not having it on there. but you might wanna try putting some pantyhose on the outlet to keep unwanted guests out. any blockage could cause your dryer to overheat or worse cause a fire. hope this helps. do keep it covered when not in use. you can buy an xl barbecue grill cover pretty cheap.

Moisture? Blurry lens or moisture inside

I haven't tried this myself, but I have heard of folks putting their camera in sunshine, and just let it set , and others have used a hair dryer for short durations. Like I said I haven't tried these, and usually moisture is a camera killer.

Panasonic Reverse cycle Airconditioner

This operation should NOT be done by the home owner. If the unit has valves on the high and low sides to enable a pump down operation of the system (gage manifold required) to return all refrigerant to the high side of the system (condensing unit). If the system does not have valves it must have the refrigerant charge recovered from the system before it is disconnected. Call someone qualified!
