Instagram won't let me comment on my friends photos. They say I have a link which is reportable so they don't. Let me comment. Or something wrong with the profile side of things I need help please

No, i do not think you can do that. there may be a way to see his Deleted photos and comments.

It may depend on how you are adding the photo. I know in some cases twitter does not support displaying the photo. Instagram is a good example of where twitter will only show a link.

Your best bet is to just upload the photo on twitter and then it will show for sure.

- You can add him on your friend list then report him using the "Report/Block this Person" link that appears at the bottom of their profile. And then remove this user from your Friend List and block.

- You can ask your friends who has this person on their friend list to report him.

If it is on a photo then you can report the photo by clicking the link Report Photo on the bottom right corner under the photo.
If it is on a comment then you can simply remove the comment if is on your profile page (wall).
