I get 4 flashing red lights on my sony kdsr60xbr1

Four blinks - No vertical Deflection (V STOP), Screen goes to a single horizontal line then the video signal muted. Check IC1509, Q1505. This should be referred to a repair shop as it entails removing ICs (integrated circuits) and soldering new ones back in. Most repair shops will simply replace the entire board. My estimated cost: $400 - $500 (repair shop to replace the board).
