How do I change out a R4184 D 1027 to a R8184G protectorelay oil primary

the primary difference between them is the 4184D seems to use a line volt thermostat you would need to jump the thermostat leads on the r8184g and set the line volt thermostat in series with the power load side of the incoming power

Old primary relay can't find part number

sounds like the flame recognition is not sensing a flame.. some models use a rod that gets corroded.. a little cleaning with fine steel wool and a vinegar bath, rinsed with water and dried works well to clean up the rod..

I need the wiring diagram for this thermostat, there are four wires that are hooked up red, white, blue for yellow and green. They connect to a honeywell relay that has five connection, y,g,w,c,and r, do i...

On the fan relay hook up the red to r terminal the white to the w terminal and the green to the g terminal , now the blue needs to hook up to one of the two wires going to the outside condenser unit and the other going there goes on the c terminal . The blue does not have to go on the honeywell rrelay just wire nut it to the wire.

The instructions say the Honeywell DT92E needs only a two wire connection, but the wiring diagram shows three, which is correct Please

This Honeywell control thermostat is made for wireless control, by means of a relay control transmitter with a range of 30 meters. It only needs a 2 wire connection on this stat if indeed it is the DT92E stat. Even though the diagram shows three, you will need only 2 for operation. This is a fact. I have done some reading on this model and many of its relatives, so with built in relays, and transmitters, this is an amazing set-up. Good luck with it as you should enjoy its operation and user friendly features.

How does a honeywell L4064b2236 work? It is set up on a Gas hot air furnace with the jumper removed, Three wire connection, black to common white to fan and red to limit. The furnace has a tranformer on...

If the jumper has been removed, then the control is working in the low voltage circuit. Black should be 120v in, White the 120 going out to the fan, and the red or limit wire is (should be) in the low voltage control circuit. Have you looked at the wiring diagram for the F and L Control? If not I will provide a link for you. https://customer.honeywell.com/techlit/pdf/69-0000s/69-0117.pdf

Hope this helps
