Does poland spring water have flouride

No spring water has fluoride as it comes straight out the ground.

Only tap water has fluoride added. Bottled water has to list minerals and ingredients like fluoride.

The black plastic screw on bottom of the pitcher is stuck on the base. We can't seem to get it off. Have any hints

Put the pitcher in the freezer for an hour, boil water in a pan bigger than the base of the pitcher, take the pitcher out of the freezer and stick just the base in the hot water up to the top edge of the base.. Remove it after about 15 seconds and have someone with gloves on screw the base off the pitcher

Brita filter

When you initially soak the bag in water make sure to squeeze it lightly and shake to release all the air bubbles. Also, you should pour out the first couple pitchers of water after using a new filter as it takes time to break in. This way all of the gray or black filter water will be gone by the time you wish to drink. For more water filter and pitchers go to www.freshwatersystems.com.

Cancer Breakthrough - Does lemon fight cancer cells?

Citrus contains a compound called citral, with causes apoptosis on contact, but too much can be toxic. Get good medical treatment from certified doctors. Do as much for prevention as the nutritionists confer on. Non toxic foods such as organics and lots of natural colorful veggies. I read this article about a Rutgers/Howard University study concerning apoptosis (regarding cancer cell rupture) and the compound oleocanthal in Extra virgin cold pressed olive oil: http://news.rutgers.edu/research-news/ingredient-olive-oil-looks-promising-fight-against-cancer/20150211#.VmeNy17VrB8 .
So I thought that if oleocanthal rests normal cells for 24 hours and kills cancer cells, then it may help prevent metastasis and perhaps circulating cancers. So I did some research and I believe that a potentially very helpful thing to do is to massage it in - absorb it (cold pressed EVOO) into the lymph system (takes 4.5 hours as the valves in the skin sense it first and then only gradually open) and get it into the body unmetabolized -(not eaten or broken down). Many other compounds kill cancer cells on contact, but they are mostly toxic and will cause further detrimental inflammation. We do this massaging once a week. As HE rested so do we. There were 2 other related studies that also have been published regarding apoptosis and oleocanthal. This is apparently the same mechanism by which citral and pot oils work. I am unfamiliar (yet) with good positive laboratory studies testing those two compounds.

1994 geo prizm flush coolant

how to flush. is this a verb question or a product? noun?
how to , or asking where to buy flush kit and flushing compounds.
the only new compounds are jug of orange oil, (safe for the environment all the other ones are off the market )
take it to a shop with flash the system. end short story.
LONG:
DIY, good luck chuck.
the coolant is toxic as heck, kills people pets, etc.
and must be kept out of sewers and storm drains, for sure.
unless eating toxic fish is ok>?
It can be done, kinda clean,
but is super hard at home.
drain rad, drain block , drain both and catch it all and take it the county reclaim, (for toxics) use a large catch pan, to do that.

now flush it with water hose.
the book says back flush all hoses. and the RAD.
pull all major hoses. this is what is done, for 100 years now.
up to NOW (near)
black flush block and heater core and RAD.
now lets ask why do this at all? if not UGLY.

first off if you keep the system serviced, it will never need a flush.
it will not go to like this.,
http://www.jeepdied.com/overheated/sludge2.jpg

not only that, in the USA we took out the sulfur in fuel.
doing that prevents the coolant from ACID attack.
so the coolant never goes ACID now, like 20 years ago.
so no more 2 year, service, due to that FACT.

it's a 5 year service and cap off shows coolant looks great.
on old cars, anything is possible
and flushes must be done, to cure the UGLY ONEs.
seen in the photo above.
end old post answer.

I DON'T HAVE INSTRUCTIONS FOR A TM4 MR. COFFEE ICE TEA MAKER I BOUGHT AT A THRIFT STORE TODAY. I DO NOT KNOW HOW IT WORKS. I PRESS THE BUTTON AFTER ADDING WATER TO THE WATER LINE BUT IT CLICKS OFF...

I just got the exact IcedTea maker that you have (model TM4) from Mr. Coffee. I think that we were both trying to make it work the same way, which is wrong. The plastic pitcher goes on the bottom, while the part that plugs in with the button&indicator light goes on the top. Put water in the pitcher to the indicated water line and then pour it into the part with the metal basket. I didn't have any directional sheet either so I didn't know that the water goes in there. I thought the water would be gently warmed while in the plastic pitcher. After pouring water into the heating part, fill the pitcher with ice to indicated level (about 2 ice cube trays). Place the heating part with the button&indicator light on top of the plastic pitcher and cover it with the white lid. Push the button and it will heat the water and dispense the brewed tea into the pitcher thru a valve. The indicator light will go off when the brewing process is done. The entire manual can be downloaded from going to: http://www.mrcoffee.com/manuals/MrCoffee/tm4.pdf I hope this helps you if you still have the item. I bought mine to give my daughter while in college. I really like that it is so space saving compared to many that I am finding in stores today. Good luck and happy brewing!!! Susan

How to use mr coffee tea appliance

First clean the pitcher, lid, steeping basket and steeping basket before you use it the first time. Run a brewing cycle without any tea the first time and discard the water.

With the unit unplugged, fill the pitcher with water to the top water level mark on the pitcher and then pour the water into the reservoir. Do not overfill. Place the steeping basket and lid on top of the machine. Place a tray of ice cubes into the pitcher. Turn the steeping dial to open. Put the lid with the spout open on the pitcher and slide it, spout first, under the machine. Plug in the unit and turn it on. Wait until it turns off automatically.

For brewing, fill the pitcher with water to the line for the desired amount of tea. Pour this water into the reservoir (with the steeping basket and lid removed). Place a Mr Coffee filter into the steeping basket and add the desired amount of tea bags or loose tea. You can add sugar or lemon over the top of the tea if desired. Slide the steeping basket into the unit and put on the lid with the steeping dial set to closed. Fill the pitcher with ice to the desired ice level or with cold water to the same volume as poured into the reservoir. (If you are using water, put the pitcher in the refrigerator to chill.) Slide the pitcher with the lid on under the brewer and make sure the lid is open over the spout. Plug in and turn on the brewer. When the brewing cycle is done, it will turn off. Turn the steeping dial to open to drain the remaining tea from the steeping basket. (Let the remaining tea sit longer before opening the dial if you want stronger tea.)

You can get the manual from http://www.mrcoffee.com/Products.aspx?cid=43 . Click on the link for the TM3 (all the models in a series work the same way).

I hope this helps.

How to

Fill the pitcher with water to the water level park on the pitcher and pour into water intake in the top of the tea brewer.
Fill pitcher to ice level mark (if there isn't one, put in about 2 - 3 trays).
Make sure that the brew basket lever is closed by pushing in then down.
Put 6 - 10 regular tea bags in brew basket and place brew basket on top of pitcher.
Slide the pitcher with the brew basket under the machine where the water comes out and make sure it is snug. Turn machine on.
When the machine is done brewing, the unit will shut off automatically.
Carefully slide the pitcher away from the machine and release the lever. This will let the tea pour into the pitcher.
That's it! Just don't put the pitcher, lid or brew basket in the dishwasher - that's how I ruined my first one.
