Question about AOC Computers & Internet
I had an extra AOC monitor and it works fine but does not have the perfect picture I used to have with the old one. i can recycle it but seeing that perfect picture for a split second tempts me to believe it's still good
If this is a LCD monitor, most likely the invertor or the bulb is not working correctly. If you shine a flashlight at the monitor you should be able to see the image. What has happened is the back light is not lit to display the image. If you are handy at repairing electronics you can swap invertor and bulb from the other monitor if they are the same model and size. It may require some soldiering though.

I have dual AOC i2553ph monitors. One day I came into work and notice one of them had a single vertical white line moving slowly back and forth across the screen that looked like a scan or radar function. I reset the monitor from the OSD and all is well again. Use "Extra > reset" from the OSD on AOC monitors.
