This is typical of high blood pressure which usually is without really obvious symptoms. However it is dangerous, so consult a doctor if you have not already. The doc may decide to give you several tests, and possibly tablets.

Also be prepared to be told to lose weight and take regular exercise. Lots of authories consider also that reducing salt intake is helpful.

I'd urge you to avoid quack remedies and naturopathy etc, the stakes are too high to fiddle about. Good luck.

Im 58 years old I take blood pressure pills & my blood presure was 107/56. Should I worry about it?

Hi! With your age, it is recommended to take maintenance pills but with your doctor's supervision. But as with your blood pressure, 107/56 belongs to the 'ideal blood pressure' range and is considered as normal. It is not to worry about. But if you feel some difficulties, please visit your doctor for further checkups.

Is my blood pressure to high at 138 /85

Readings between 120/80 and 139/89 usually indicate PRE-HYPERTENSION or HIGH NORMAL, indicating you don't have hypertension but your blood pressure is higher than what experts consider optimal for most adults. or in my case this is normal, not every one has the same blood pressure. im not a doctor but this should help you if you feel unwell please go see a doctor.

I would think your best answer would come from a medical professional. Why not call a doctor?

What is the normal blood preasure level

It is not a clever idea to be getting your medical advice via contemporary wisdom from the internet...

The human body is a very complex organism... and only
certified physicians should be advising you on your COMPLETE health situation.

Normal will always grace every number you will get from any serious professional... and over time these "norms" have OFTEN CHANGED

The NUMBER pictured in your question would be a great blood pressure (normally speaking... but a 70 pulse AT REST is a bit high for a FIT person...

Worrying about it will only stress you out and make your numbers worse... Worse still is the NOTION that GETTING the RIGHT numbers are important... when in fact... it is what your REGULAR real blood-pressure might be doing to your system as a whole...

Keeping your BRAIN AND YOUR TOES all properly oxigenated.

Check out the wiki article... and realize that a HEALTHY PERSON can significantly alter their REAL numbers with diet, exercise...

Where as a person with any systemic conditions could exacerbate their poor health by ill-advised diets or over-exertion.

Slim milk... for example... has heavier doses of SALT to make up for the loss of flavor... MOST low fat foods resort to such SHABBY TRICKS...

Hense the need for an educated physician (MD) to guide you!!!
