Check the pump impeller for obstruction stopping it from spinning.
could be a coin, bra wire bobby pin anything
if it is clear , check fro power to the pump on spin cycle
if no power check the program board for progressing the cycle

Got a samsung wa80v3 washing machine it just stopped draining after checking it out I found the drain pump was burned out I replaced it with a new one my proplem is as the water comes in its drained out...

Did you replace the pipe correctly? The thing you should be asking though is why was the first one burnt out? Is there a connection problem? Maybe the replacement pipe has burnt out as well.

Septic vs washout tub?

Waste water from the washer is not pumped out but rather is gravity fed down the drain. You cannot drain the water up higher than the washing machine's drain outlet. You would have to cut into the drain pipe - below the level of your washer's drain outlet - and put in a T that will tie into the drain pipe and allow for some type of connection to be made from your washer's drain hose.

Hotpoint wd440 washer/dryer. 1st problem was it wouldn't drain so I cleared the pipe. Now the machine 'wash' light flashes during a wash. The washing machine doesn't seem to hold the water...

Make sure that the outlet of the pipe is at least as high above the floor as the top of the machine. If it is lower than the level of the water, it will just drain - there is no shut-off valve to stop it from doing this. Please rate this answer.

My washing machine has two flashing lights and it want drain the water it just stops half way through i think my water pump is broken

machine wont spin while it has water in my advice is to lay the drain pipe level with the floor (outside of your house) so it can drain if it doesn't drain then you have a blockage anywhere from the drum outlet into the pump to the water pipe if it does drian then take the pump apart and check it turns freely

When the water is entering the tub it immediately goes out the outflow. The tub will not even fill up a little bit. What could be the problem? thanks

The drain hose outlet must be located higher that any expected water level in the tub. If too low, gravity drains the tub as it is filled. Extend the (a) drain pipe up to the proper level, even if you are using a floor drain to carry away the water. Hope this helps!

Water level drops during wash/rinse cycle

Check the exit hose behind, it should be at least 3 feet from ground level, and not too deep into the wall stand-pipe. You will find a level mark behind the machine......check this out.

Your pump pumps this water OVER this height.

Can't hold water

There is no drain valve.
Pull the drain hose up out of the drain pipe until there is only about 6" inside the pipe. Make sure there is a gap around the hose where it goes into the pipe so air can get in.
Make sure the drain pipe is higher than the water level in the tub.
