Per Colt 1996 It is a LE model of the match target HBAR R6601.
It is model number AR6601. Made during the ban era for law enforcement. Scarce model.

Are replacement grips available for Colt woodsman 22 lr Match Target?

Lots of them on Ebay. Ebay.com and search on Colt Woodsman grips.

Lol. I'd love to say more, Bill, but I'm a Ruger Mk2 man. I've never even held that Colt. From the looks, it reminds me a lot of the Nylon 66 rifle. Do you remember that one? As a kid, that was the one coolest .22 rifle that I had ever seen. Your ummmm "thing that tosses little metal projectiles" is the same. (Get this, the word pist**) is considered profanity on fixya! Huh?)

Can you tell me when a colt anaconda serial number MM51530 was made?

http://www.colt.com/Customer-Services/Serial-Number-Lookup

doesn't list the Anaconda for serial 51530. There are some great scanned images from the Colt Catalogue here though and it would be a good place to ask as someone may have the book.
