Heating element might gone.check the volts on both ends of the element with the multimeter if you can be careful do not touch any part coz high volts could be dangerous, so don't do if you do not have enough knowledge.

My heater was on and fall down for 1 hour an d now its not working

Unplug, set upright, let oil go back down to base. Check owners manual for reset. Make sure to let unit set upright for a couple hours then plug in and try operation. If unit still does not work contact Delonghi and maybe they can help.

How do I use the Delonghi trv0715 1500w Vento High speed convection heater

The owner's manual is available as a PDF here: .

Many recommend you plug the heater in and turn it on in a well-ventilated room (like a garage) for the few hours of use. If you are using the heater to warm a room, plug it in with the thermostat set to maximum and set the power selector to 3 until the room reaches the desired temperature. Then rotate the thermostat clockwise until you hear a click. You can set the power level to 1 or 2 to conserve energy while maintaining the current temperature settings.

If you are trying to avoid frozen pipes in an area, plug in the heater and set the power selector to 3 and thermostat to *.

Always remember to keep anything flammable away from the heater (loose drapes etc.) There is an overheating protection circuit built into the unit. To reset it, you need to call the DeLonghi service center.

I hope this helps.

does it have a reset button? Have you thrown a breaker to that plug in? Does that plug in work? Try plugging something else in and find out it could be as simple as a blown breaker. thats the only things I could think of

My heater turns on but then turns itself off.

It is possibly a safety sensior that turns off unit when tipped over. Try turning unit over to c if it will reset, U may have to do this more then once.Usually this will do the trick,

How do I reset ?

It should come on automatically, if it does not then the thermal switch is faulty, and has to be replaced.
