SOURCE: Error F11
Plug off the wall. Shaking & vibration of your washer causes circuit board connections to become loose; due to faulty manufacture. Remove the 3 or 4 screws from the back & take off the top cover to secure the connections, make sure they are tight. This applies for the F11 & F dl codes. Works for certain machines, dont see why it wont for yours.

It seems that you fuel pump is giving up. Check fuel pump pressure (45psi cranking). Borrow a tester from AutoZone, Checkers or similar Auto Parts store.
Good luck!! A HELPFUL - 4 THUMBS - rating for this solution would be greatly appreciated. Thank you for using FixYa.

Have you checked the drain line and the pump to assure there is nothing stuck or blocking that water from leaving the unit if the water is unable to totally drain it will go back into the cycle to try to remove all the water. Also do you have any error codes showing usually with something caught in one of the drain lines or in the pump you will not get an error code and it will do the things that yours is doing try removing the cabinet and checking the pump if you have any further questions message me back and please remember when our chat has concluded to rank how this opinion has helped Thanks again Rick

Hello & Welcome to FixYa
When the washer fills but does not agitate or spin then you can check if the lid switch is fine. You can jump start the lid switch by connecting both the wires with each other or use the third wire to act as jumper between the two. After this if the problem is solved then replacing lid switch is recommended repair. Please get back to me if you have any other questions.

SOURCE: I have a 96 Honda Accord Ex automatic. The car always starts the first try everyday. It's when I stop and turn it off it sometimes won't restart. If I wait 2-4 minutes it will start. Any ideas???
Honda cars are known for problems with the fuel pump relay.
The relay fails after the car is run, and the interior is warmed up.
The relay is located under the speedo on most models.
