Question about Samsung WF330ANB Washer
It's the small black tube that you are supposed to check about once a month to drain any excess water that the pump didn't remove. Usually it's not much water. This time when I was turning the white plug that goes into the black hose, the black hose pulled all the way out. I took the inside plastic piece off but can't see or feel any place for this small black tube to fit, or how to reattach it.
I hate to say it, but unless you can pull it all the way out and flip it up on it's face by yourself, you'll have to get a repair man. I assume you did this procedure: http://www.samsung.com/ae/support/skp/faq/1061987 and the black tube came off UP inside/behind the plastic wall. It would probably be a 2 person task to lift the washer carefully and try to get up in in there. There will probably be 2 screws holding in the plastic back plate, or it may just pop out with a screw driver from the side (with plastic pins behind, be careful) to allow you better access to the point where the hose attaches to the washer. Here's a guy who has taken apart the whole washer, hopefully you don't have to do this, but if you do, here's the procedure.
