Just installed Windows 7 but bluetooth light no longer comes on and bluetooth does not work

The TrueMobile 300 Bluetooth Internal card is not supported on Windows 7 by Dell or Microsoft.
You can buy a USB Bluetooth device, they are cheap and very small, you will lose a USB port but wont have a big card sticking out the side of the computer.

Windows 7 and Dell BH200 Bluetooth Headphones

You have to set bluetooth as default audio device. For doing this, go to >Contro Panel> Sound and Audio Devices>Audio(Tab) and in Default Device choose bluetooth device.
In my case, I had problem when i installed SP3 on XP. I changed my bluetooth driver to "Toshiba Bluetooth Stack V6.00.10" and it worked for me.
