My Moto E model XT830C apparently has no Sim card? Does it have an internal sim or the carrier did not use sim card?

Asking for Moto G6 Sim Unlocking Code is when it is not a network unlock phone. Unfortunately Motorola is not providing any type of unlock code or pin to unlock any Motorola. I had some knowledge that some unlockers are providing some type of cable unlocking solution for Motorola XT1925 & it works as well. Try taking the SIM card out and giving it a clean with a clean cloth that is not wet at all. An alternative is to contact your service provider and ask them for some advice and perhaps send you out another SIM. Is this SIM new?

Depending on the Phones Make and Model and what type of SIM card you are NEEDING if SIM card didn't come with PH?
You can go online and look at diagrams of the Various SIM cards. Most SIM card fit Behind the Battery of your Smart PH. You must carefully remove back of ph most smart phone have a small indention to assist with removal? SOS means that the phone is only authorized for emergency type calls. Apparently the cellular carrier isn't accepting the SIM card you installed or it needs some sort of activation. Usually just swapping a SIM card from one phone to another is not enough to change phones within a carrier network. You usually have to contact the carrier as well and they do some magical mumbo-jumbo and then the new phone will operate.

If he used it for the same carrier you are on (ie: sprint, AT&T, verizon, etc..) then it may just be a different format SIM card. Over my past 3 phones, I have had to change sim cards twice. Good thing is, usually the carrier doesn't charge for this. For example, if I took the sim out of my current LG g6, and tried to put it in my old galaxy note 3, it wouldn't work, I would have to get one of the older style SIM cards.
On the other hand, sometimes you won't be able to take a phone from one carrier to another, even if it is unlocked. It all depends on the cellular technology that the phone supports.
