How to install crosman 795 part no. 10448

The Crosman 795 Detent part #10448 is "press fit" into the rear end of the barrel therefore you can use a flathead screw driver, place it between the plastic detent and the steel barrel and gently wiggle and pry the dentent off.

Pelet rifle won't fire

Does it leak out?, pump up?, trigger release anything? What are the symptoms? Anything stuck in the bore? I think Crosman will repair your gun at a fixed price, just get a hold of them and get permission to send it back.

Gun wont stay locked when i **** it bak

I had the same problem, it wouldn't click or stay c.o.c.k.e.d when I did a typical barrel break. I took apart the back end where the3 spring was. (screw and pin must be removed once you take the barrel out of the stock.) I found that it was the "Back Spring Guide" that was broken, but not completely, I turned it, put it back together and it worked for about 9 more shots. Then the same thing happened, so I know that I need a new one. Here is the Part # B18‐00‐6 here is a link to the part breakdown pdf from Crosman's site.
http://www.crosman.com/pdf/manuals/C1K77%20C1K77X%20%20EVP%20&%20PL.pdf

I just called customer service at 1-800-724‐7486 but they close at 4:30pm eastern time, I left a message.

I cannot find anywhere online to buy that specific part, so I assume that it has to come from Crosman. I'll let you know how I make out.

If anyone knows where to get Crosman parts, please let me know.

Thanks
MD

Will not pump up in order to fire

open the pump handle and spray a little WD40 into the piston tube and let the gun stand **** down for an hour or so. close the handle and try again. It seems the piston sticks and then separates from the linkage in the pump handle.

Where can I purchase a Breach Seal for a Crosman Spring Air Rifle, Model C1K77? The Product # is C1K77-008. Also, Can I replace the worn out seal with a standard "O" ring (black) found in most hardware...

I don't know if you'll read this but I too Have a Crosman Phanton among other Crosman rifles. You can call Crosman at 1-800-7-AIRGUN for a free breech seal if your rifle is still in warranty (One Year) or e-mail me and I'll send you one at no charge. Don't worry I have several and don't have a problem with giving you one.
