As we can see android operating systems does not allow master reset codes, so what you can do is reset the phone to it's factory state. And by doing this all your personal files will be deleted.
The factory resetting process is:
>>You have to turn off the phone
>>Then you just need to Press & hold volume up home button simultaneously,
>>Then power will on the phone Release volume up home button if recovery menu appear

Will a hard reset on lg lucid smartphone restore uninstalled apps

Yes, that will make it so that the software will return to the factory state. If not then you'll have to either follow the prompts through the phone menus or boot mode to initiate a factory data reset.

If i restart my phone will i loose all my picturesc and contacts ?

If you do a factory reset, then yes, you will lose it all. If you are just doing a soft reset, then no. A factory reset returns your phone to its original "out of the box" state. A software reset, or "soft reset" just reboots the phone software, much like the way you reboot a computer.

My daughter entered the wrong pin number into my sons phone too many times and now its locked, it now aks for his google account details to unlock.Problem is he does not have a google account, please can...

For all android devices a google mail account is needed for purchasing apps etc. if he did not set this up and had set the pass code without the email specified the only way to get back into the phone would be to do a complete reset. Before you do this have you tried restarting the device and seeing if it gives you the ability to try to enter the code again, if not here is how to do a factory reset. As stated below this will delete everything on the sd card so i would advise you copy all the files from it onto your computer. the entire process should only take about 10 to 15 minutes depending on the phone sometimes less than this, good luck!
Performing a factory reset (hard reset) If you're passing your phone on to someone else or your phone has a persistent problem that cannot be solved, you can do a factory reset (also called a hard reset). This returns your phone to the state it was in before the first time you turned it on. Note: Factory reset will not remove the data and files that are in your phone's microSD card. Factory reset is not a step to be taken lightly. It will permanently delete all your data and customized settings, and will also remove any applications you've downloaded and installed. Be sure to back up any data and files you want to keep before you do a factory reset. Performing a factory reset using phone buttons If you cannot turn on your phone or access the phone settings, you can still perform a factory reset by using the buttons on the phone.
  1. With the phone turned off, press and hold the VOLUME DOWN button, and then briefly press the POWER button. Note: If you are not sure whether your phone's power is turned off, remove and then reinsert the battery.
  2. Wait for the screen with the three Android images to appear, and then release the VOLUME DOWN button.
  3. Press VOLUME DOWN to select CLEAR STORAGE, and then press POWER.
  4. Press VOLUME UP to start the factory reset.

N95 Memory Full Problem can not be resolve by simply restarting or by changing the network setting. You must "Manual Reset" it. Just Turn Off the Phone, Press the *, Call Button, Three and ask another Person to turn on your N95 by pressing the power button. Stay pressing the Three Buttons until the phone fully boot up and ask you to enter Date and Time. After that, youre phone will go back to Factory Setting.
