If you think you're entering the correct Amazon email address and password you should contact Kindle Support. Tap the word Help at the top of this screen and then follow the path for Contact Us. Choose "Call Me" under "Phone" and they will call you promptly ready to assist you. You can also use Live Chat but I find Phone to be the best option. Do not use email as the answers are often incorrect or you end up calling anyway after wasting precious time.

- you need to have a wireless connection to Register - either WiFi or 3G/4G
- you need to have a Kindle that was not reported as stolen or lost or blacklisted - will NOT be allowed to Register
- you need to have an Amazon Account ID email and password
WiFi pass word incorrect or there is an issue with the WiFi router. Check password...make sure exactly the same including capitalization. Try resetting WiFi router.
Authentication Problem is displayed by a phone for a few reason
1. Your password is incorrect 2. Your too far from the WIFI router or repeater 3. The WIFI router has too much traffic ( meaning there are too many users already connected 4. Your IP or MAC address is being Blocked 5. There is a misconfiguration on the router or repaeater
If you checked all of the above and still can't connect then there is a problem with your router or repeater
The easiest way to work around a lost password is to do a factory reset. Some tablets will let you change a forgotten password with an email link, but it doesn't always work. Just remember when you reset your tablet to factory, you will have to redownload any apps you installed yourself. It's just like out of the box again. Set up your new password and accounts after you reset.
Did your son reset the tablet password, or your google account password? if it was the google account password then if you go to the GMail website you can reset your password there. Its saying its incorrect because the information which is being entered is wrong
It maybe connected by bluetooth, so i think it needs no password, Suggest you to contact Samsung ,they should be helpful. GOOD LUCK. Android 4.0 Tablet PC
Hi, It might be Case Sensitive... If your password contains Alphabethical and Numerics, Kindly, Please use the Caps Carefully.
