Need a copy of schematic for Samsung TV UN39FH5000f

Its likely the panel itself or the digitizer is going out if voltage is flowing properly. If voltages are off then as I'm sure you know its the motherboard. Good Luck Friend!

How do I fix a samsung un39fh5000f tv which has standby light, and has standby voltage at the cable leading to the main board, but won't turn on?

Take the rear cover off the tv, then look for swollen or enlarged capacitors on the power board. You can desolder the bad ones out, then re solder new ones in. It may sound like a difficult task, but it is pretty easy.

Thank you for the link. I was really excited about that manual, but after I wasted $16 on it, I found it had almost no information about the power board. In fact, the power board it showed in the picture isn't even the right one. I wish I could get my money back.

Do you happen to know the proper voltages for the LED driver leads on the power board? I'm trying to figure out if the power board is bad or I need to replace the LEDs.

I am sorry about the manual. LED circuits for backlights are around 60 volts. That is why they fail, they are pushing the limits on the leds
