SOURCE: won't feed nail

This happens to my gun too. You probably need to oil the gun once in a while. Here is how you fix it:
Disconnect the gun from the compressor first don't wanna get hurt or anything like that. There is a pin that shoots the nail out well that pin is jammed so what you have to do is push that pin to the original position. using a flat head screwdriver would help you to push that pin back into place. Let me know how that turns out please. I pretty sure that is the problem with your gun. Make sure you lubricate the Nailer once in a while.

The problem that you describe could be caused by three things. First remove the cylinder and look for a black rubber band around the cylinder about med section. There is an indention with holes where it is supposed to be. The band should fit snuggly so that it does not slip off during use. Secondly, check that the piston oring/plastic ring holds the piston in the cylinder without just dropping under its own weight. Third, the upper bumper could have a crack or missing piece. Remove it and check. (vinyl part in headvalve) Parts are available at dewalt repair center or www.toolpartsdirect.com. enjoy

SOURCE: Senco SFN1 wont work

I have worked on many sfn1 with the problem that you describe. Here are a few things to check. Driver/piston too tight or too loose in cylinder or bent. It should be relatively easy to move the driver piston up/down the cylinder. Usually it should hold it's own weight and not drop down the cylinder. There is a washer that should be at the bottom of the gun under the bumper (washer part# bf0070). This washer must not be worn to the point that too much air will leak past or missing. Finally there is an oring that controlls return of piston (part # lb0077). Pull out the cylinder and find it located on the outer part of the cylinder close to bottom. Clean the port holes under the oring and make sure that the oring fits snuggly. Do not use oil in this gun. Oil will swell the rubber parts. I use silicone lube available form Lowes in the plumbing department. The grease is used to lube faucet orings. Good luck with your repair and email if you have questions.

SOURCE: Senco SN4 nailer not feeding

ther isn't a spring, it works on air to pull the driver back up. Have you tried oiling the tool as recommended (about 6 drops a day) If not then you have a problem with either o rings that are dried out or worn so they cannot keep the suction required for the tool to operate properly. Might also be a bent driver (doubtful). Go to Senco.com and type in your model number and they list rebuild kits for this tool. If you need more assistance let me know and if I have helped with your request would you please rate this accordingly.

My Senco finish nail gun only shoots a nail every OTHER pull of the trigger. It's a model SFN30 and does this about 65% of the time. It's clean and has really had very little use.

Your driver is not returning fully.
Most often this is caused by:
1) A bent driver blade - pull the driver out and inspect it, make sure it is straight.
2) A broken seal o-ring on the bottom end of the cylinder (#66)

I have a senco sfn30 and it only shoots every second nail in. I had a look and the firing pin only retracts bout half way down???

that is the problem, I would take a look at the piston o ring for wear. Remove all the nails and air. BUMP the tool and see if the driver falls down and if so that would indicate a worn o ring. When replacing use a light film of oil to lubricate.

Senco Framepro 602 has air coming from the top of the gun when the trigger is pulled and will not shoot the nails.

Sounds like the bar that slides down to push the nail is jamed you should disconect it from the air and check to make sure a nail is not stuck you should be able to look at the gun and see how to disasemble it in the front end to release it once that is done try some white grease on the part befor you reasemble it

My Senco SFN1 finish nailer will not shoot a nail. When the trigger is pulled air comes out but no nail is shot. Thanks,Steve L

Not sure about Senco but most have latch you can open to expose firing mechanism. Nail sometimes gets jammed and will not allow driver to fire or if not nail push driver ****** all the way back into gun then see if gun will fire.

Framepro 602 only shoots air out a hole in the top when the trigger is pulled, occasionally shoots a nail but more often just shoots air

You have some worn out o-rings in your gun. Get a Senco repair kit #YK0360, use everything in the kit and your gun will be as good as new. Type "senco yk0360" in your search engine and shop around, the kit should be around $45 - $50.

Senco 601 nailer shoots 2 nails each time the trigger is pulled.

the 601 had a design flaw, in the nose, where the nails hit as the are being pushed forward, the peice was made out of a peice of metal that was too soft, it wore down and that is where you get the double nail problem.

Senco offered a trade in, this was years ago, for a limited time and gave us credit towards new guns, which we gladly did
