How can I open my j845 to rebalance the load - Washing Machines

Ul-Unbalanced Load

uL is displayed when the machine/motor control detects an off-balance load, and is steady on while the washer runs a mini-cycle to rebalance the load.
Display clears if mini-cycle successfully rebalanced the load.
If the mini-cycle is unsuccessful, uL will flash until the door lid is opened, allowing the customer to view and redistribute
the load.

hawe you disconected from electriciti or no. pull door inside- if not helping - time switch is faulty.

UE - Unbalance switch error Unbalanced load is sensed three times during a spin operation. Open lid. Rebalance laundry load and close lid.
· Check wiring harness
· Check unbalance switch
· Check circuit board thank your for writing to fix ya.

normaly this is due to water still in the drum

You have a blockage in the drain pump or sump on the machine, it could be anything from a coin, bra wire or an elastic band, best thing to do is switch off the electricity and incoming water, remove as much water from the machine as possible, pull machine out place a suitable container below the drain filter and then open up the filter (if fitted) once cleaned check hoses and drain pump internally for blockages.

i have the same problem and i rang samsung and they told me how to reprogram the machine. They told me to turn it off at the power point for 45 minutes, then plug it back in and turn the power on (not the machine)  and leave it for 15 minutes, then turn the machine on and hopefully it will unlock within 5 minutes. I had no luck with this so am getting someone out today.. hope you have better luck!

The front loader machine should be done by a appliance dealer because this is a diffuclt job and need a lot of patience if you do it. Hope this might help.

Out of Balance
Rebalance the load. What is in the load of wash? Something thick and heavy? Maybe too few items. It probably can't be balanced. Open the door after pausing and reaarange the load a bit and try again.
