You will normally need the original receipt, a gift receipt, or the original order information. Contact your brother or the company that sold or manufactures the item.

How do I return goods to Amazon?


To return an item you ordered:
    1) Go to the Returns Support Centre, and click Return items.
    2) Find the order you want to return, and click Return an item from this order.
    3) Select the items you want to return.
    4) Enter the quantity of items, select an option from the Reason for return menu, and then add any additional information in the Comments box.
    5) To continue, do one of the following:
    · If the item was sold by Amazon.co.uk, select your return option.
    · If the item was sold by a Seller, click Submit for Approval.
    6) Select your preferred return method.
    7) Print your label and return authorization. Some returns won't require you to print a label or authorization. If you don't have a printer when you're completing your return, you can print later.
    8) Put the return authorization inside of your package and attach the label to the outside.

What denominations are Gift Cards available in?
Plastic Gift Cards are available in any denomination between $5 and $5,000 throughyour local store and up to $500 online. eGift Cards are available through American Express membership rewards in denominations of $25, $50, $100 and 500.

Can lost Gift Cards be replaced?

Special Order Products

What is a special order product?
Special order products are products that are not stocked in The Home Depot stores, but are available by placing a special order directly with the manufacturer. This allows The Home Depot to "extend the aisles" and provide you with additional products for your convenience. There are thousands of items available through our in-store Special Order program. Our Special Order manufacturers are experts at producing and shipping the items that are not typically on the shelves of our stores. Special order products can take up to 6 weeks to be delivered to the store. Most special order products are delivered to the store for the customer to pick up. Some products can actually be delivered straight to your doorstep. In either case, all special orders must be paid for at the time the order is placed.


How are special orders placed at the store?
If you would like to shop for a special order item in your local Home Depot, ask any store associate to see if a particular item can be ordered through our Special Order program. The store associate will then check by viewing the in-store special order catalogs to see if your product is available. Once you've confirmed the product specifications with the store associate, they will begin to enter the product data and your contact information into the store's Special Services System. Once your order is entered and reviewed, all you have to do is pay for the order. We'll take care of the rest.

How long does it take for special order products to arrive?Once the payment is received, a special order can take anywhere from a few days to several weeks, depending on the specifics of your order. The "expected delivery date" is actually printed on your Special Services Customer Invoice. You should confirm the expected delivery date with your local store when placing the order to assure the delivery timeline meets your needs.

Can special order products be shipped to my home?
Most special order products are shipped to The Home Depot store where the order was placed, but many may also be shipped directly to your home. You should check with your local store when placing the order to confirm the delivery method.

Where can I check the status of my special order?
You may contact the store where the order was placed or access the status online at www.homedepot.com/orderstatus. In either case, have your Special Services Customer Invoice available.

Can I return or cancel a special order or custom-made product?
Yes, however there are a few conditions. Some special order returns are subject to a 15% restocking fee. Cancellations may also be subject to a 15% restocking fee, and most custom-made products cannot be returned or exchanged unless defective. Returns and cancellation must take place at The Home Depot store where the special order was originally purchased. See the Special Services Desk at your local store for more details.

Aren't special order products more expensive?

We cannot cancel your order. Only HP can do that. You can attempt to cancel it by going to their website.

Have you tried to cancel using the same number that you ordered from?

Orders are usually filled and on their way very quickly. You may not be able to cancel, and may receive the order very soon. There will be instructions and possibly even a mailing label for returning the item and receiving credit for it. You will have to package the item (you may be able to use the same package the item came in if it is in good shape.) and pay for return postage however.

You might need to check too if you bought it directly from Amazon or thru Amazon Marketplace. Amazon Marketplace means that you bought it thru a reseller that displays their products in Amazon. In this case, you might need to contact the reseller directly.Phone numbers are usually located in the invoice you received. Never open the wrong item's packaging nor put any markings on its box. This will let resellers charge you a restocking fee which costs around 10-20%.

If it is too late to cancel, you can return the book for a refund.

My items have been returned to catchoftheday as i was away and they returned to sender


When most companies send out packages they use a Tracking Number and are able to tell weather or not a package arrived at it's final destination. If you have your receipt and/or and Order Conformation Number, just call their customer service line @ 26 922 172 560. You can also alternatively log in to your account on CatchoftheDay and us a contact form. Just make sure to have the information I stated above: Order Number, Confirmation Number , Paypal / Credit Card Confirmation Number. The more information you have then the better.

Returning router


First, as a previous warranty tech that did a lot of work with HSN computer products, I do not give them very high grades for ease of use, or top notch products..... JMHO...

The website sure does not give you much:

Q. Is there any merchandise that is not returnable? A. Non-returnable merchandise would be 80% -90% off clearance and or Final Sale merchandise and "tax exempt" purchases. Merchandise purchased from the HSN, ON-Air show or HSN.com cannot be returned at the HSN Outlet Stores. Here are the return instructions (note the telepone number): Just follow these return instructions:
  1. Re-pack the item in the original manufacturer’s packaging and shipping box. Please be sure to include all parts.
  2. Fill out the bottom portion of your packing slip and enclose it with your return. Please specify whether you would like merchandise credit (KA$H) or reimbursement to your original payment method.
  3. Use the pre-printed return label provided on the order summary and affix it OVER THE ORIGINAL SHIPPING LABEL. Please be sure to use the label from the packaging slip that corresponds to the item(s) you are returning to expedite processing.
