Check if 24 volts is being sent from the board to the gas valve, if not the board is nad and will need to be replaced, if there is 24 volts at the gas vlave terminals then the gas valve must be replaced.

I have a furnace goodman, the hsi glows then i hear a click ( there is 24 v in the gas valve after the click ) but the burners never ignate.

Hello, the first thing to check is if you are getting gas flow to the burners, if you are than the ignitor is bad and must be replaced. if you are not getting gas to the burners and are getting 24 volts to the gas valve then the gas valve is bad and must be replaced.

My goodman heater is a forced hot air gas heater and it will not fire up. the Glow plug lights up but I can not get a flame.

This sounds like the gas valve is either not opening, or you do not have gas at the unit. After the hot surface igniter glows, you should here another click a little bit afterwards. This click is the gas valve opening, then blows through the burners. Make sure there is gas to the unit first, and if so, the valve may need to be replaced. You could also have a problem with the control board or even the pressure switch sometimes. Hope this helps or at least points you in the right direction.

Based on your description I would guess that there is a "leak" somewhere between the gas valve and the actual fire. Use soap bubbles to check the connections at the gas valve. Also check the gaskets in the Gas valve the same way. Lastly there may be a cracked or misaligned burner causing the "leak". Best of Luck!

Either yourself or a Heating specialist will have to replace the gas valve.. Once installed you will plug unit back in which will reset power board and should work fine
