I can't even find any information on this brand or model.
That makes it tough. If you have the user's manual then the information for a reset to factory defaults should be in there. I am not sure that's even possible without information to consult. Generally speaking if it's a confused computer (microprocessor) then it can be reset by unplugging the unit from the power source (removing batteries or unplug from wall) and wait about ten minutes. If it can be reset that way it will start the program from step on and should give you a fresh start. If you don't have the manual that came with it your only recourse is to try and find the manufacturer. I can't even find them on the net though.
