sounds like the small heat exchanger that heats water is blocked would advise removeal and cleaning with mild acid mixture taking all the necesssary precautions of course

the problem is the diverter valve unit, source a corgi engineer to fit new one, cost for valve approx 80 quid +fitting

check to see the time clock is set with the clock symbol. there are three settings on analog clocks I , O and clock the I setting is constant running, the O setting is off and the clock setting is timer.
also try setting the thermostat up higher to see if the boiler fires.

turn and push in button on your honeywell gas valve hold it in and spark lighter cont to hold for 20secs then ease finger off button very slowly pilot sould stay alight if not try again in 2mins best of l;uck
