SOURCE: Count number of Delivery Status

To count textual values, use the countif function; the syntax is =countif(range,criteria). So, if your range, for example is B3 through B100 and you want to know how many cells contain the status value Delivered, put the following in the cell you want the count to show: =countif(b3:b100, "Delivered"). Do the same thing for each of your other status values in the cell that you want the count to appear.

Note that this requires each status value to be spelled correctly in each cell. I'd recommend assigning shorter values, say 1 through 5 or A through E to avoid that -- unless the values are being generated automatically so the spelling is guaranteed correct.

Amazon delivery did not come,who do I contact to learn what to do?


First, go to your orders section and find the order, contact the seller via the messaging options.
See if the seller added tracking information, if not then ask him to provide tracking details.
If you are not able to track it then just ask the seller what's the order status.
Amazon orders usually should arrive in few days (although each seller has his own shipping settings and some might set shipping time to as much as 21 business days).
Second, if the seller doesn't reply you can always submit a claim to Amazon

I ordered one fashion women thicken warm winter coat . order no. 201568601530 on 01..05.2016. but still not received. What should I do.


Two months is a rather excessive delivery time, though it is possible the company is taking orders for winter coats when they do not yet have stock.

These days it is often possible to use the order number to track deliveries.

Whatever the scenario you need an explanation and reassurrance. You should contact the seller as soon as possible. When ordering goods there is usually a rough delivery date provided and it is wise to start chasing progress a few days after the expected delivery date has passed.

Trying to find out if order has been shipped and delivery status of package


Every website is having its own protocols through which they can able to know about the orders and shipping delivery. In most of the websites we can able to know about order details and shipping delivery from the email id you have given at the time of registration. Some websites are having a page of Order status, from where we can know about the delivery status of your order.

I topped up my phone yesterday now messages are pending and not sent


Here is what we have.

If you turned on 'delivery reports', and the status show 'message sent', when you send them, but it shows 'pending' upon awaiting delivery report, then the problem is either that the number you sent the message to is unavailable, or there is a network problem.
Try dialing the numbers. If they go through, then it is a network problem.
Contact your mobile service operators and let them know what is going on.
But if the numbers dont go through, then they are probably unavailable to receive the sms.

If your 'delivery reports' is 'off', then you would have to check that your message centre number is in order. If you are not certain of the number, confirm it with another phone of the same network as yours.
You can get your message centre number through;
messages> message settings> sending profile> (select the profile in use)> message centre number.

This behavior may occur if the outbound security of the Simple Mail Transfer Protocol (SMTP) virtual server or the outbound security of one or more SMTP Connectors are set incorrectly
To verify whether this is the cause:
  1. Open Exchange System Manager.
  2. Expand Servers, and then expand ServerName.
  3. Expand Protocols, and then expand SMTP.
  4. Expand Default SMTP Virtual Server, and then expand Queues
Remote Delivery Queues will be displayed in retry mode (A Blue Arrow).

To view the description of the queues in retry status:
  1. Right-click a queue in retry status, and then click Properties.
  2. The upper status box should read, "Retry, Remote delivery".
  3. The lower box should read, "The remote SMTP service rejected AUTH negotiation".
Using DNS for Delivery
  1. loadTOCNode(2, 'resolution'); By default, Anonymous access is the default setting for sending SMTP mail by using DNS to all Internet domains. To resolve this behavior:

    1. Follow these steps to change the SMTP virtual server:

Hello have not received goods its supposed to bea next day delivery


There are several reasons that an order gets delayed. If you placed the order late at night, there's a big chance that order did not meet the cut-off time so it will be processed the next day. However, if you are confident that you placed it just on time, you need to check now by logging in to your account and click "Your account" then choose your order to view its status. A tracking number should be there if it shipped out if not, an appropriate order status will be displayed.

If you have the tracking number you can check directly with the carrier to get details of delivery.

Status of Order


I dont have access to that Info, but go to the site and send them an email and they can check it out right away. They always tell us as their support techs that it takes 5 to 7 business days , but like I said check with them they will let you know the status.Heres the link again
