We have a technik dishwasher that needs unblocking can you help?

It is my understanding the Technik dishwasher is serviced as a whirlpool or bosch dishwasher. Therefore the dispenser unit is same as those used in sme of the European dishwashers. The Whirlpool model WHIRLPOOL ADG4952M would be close to it. Is yours something like this.

the pump is blocked, need to remove the trays, drain plg, the gauze, scoop the water out as much as possible, thge thers a plastic hosing with a spring clip on top, remove this to unblock the pump. assemble & should be good to go.

Check that the arm outlet jets at the trailing end of the arms are not blocked with food particles and other solid matter. This often happens and the arm is unable to turn because the water jet that is supposed to drive the arm does not have the force to rotate it.

I had the same problem. I took out the filter and cleaned it, scooped out as much water as I could and poured some sink unblocker into the bottom of the washer, followed by some hot water. After leaving it a while I took the plastic mesh cover off, and removed and cleaned all the bits I could (will be different on different washers). Then I put it all back together and ran a quick wash, and it worked. I did a couple more washes with it empty in case there was any cleaner still lurking. Result - one unblocked (and sparkly clean!) dishwasher. Hope this helps!

drain pump is running all time because there is water in bottom tray. tilt machine back to 45deg and water will flow out. otherwise, take front panel off and mop water out. alll that is required to reset flood switch is to get rid of the water
